在使用由 進域有限公司 JR Business Company Limited（下稱「我們」或「本公司」）營運的網站 https://cateraway.com/（下稱「本服務」）前，請仔細閱讀本條款及細則（下稱「本條款」）。
您使用本服務即表示您同意並接受本條款的約束。本條款適用於所有瀏覽、使用本服務的訪客、用戶及其他人士。當您向Cateraway 到會家確認訂單，即代表您同意遵守本條款。
訂購流程
1.1. 客戶可透過我們的官方網站、WhatsApp 或致電客戶服務專員下單。
1.2. 為確保我們有足夠時間準備食材及烹調，我們建議客戶於平日提前 1 至 2 天預訂；週末或公眾假期則建議提前 2 至 3 天預訂。
1.3. 我們提供即日到會服務，惟需視乎當日訂單情況及食材供應而定。如需即日到會，請直接聯絡我們的客戶服務專員作出安排。
1.4. 於特別節日，如聖誕節、農曆新年等期間，到會訂單設有每日名額，額滿即止，先到先得。
價格與付款
2.1. 所有食品價格均以港元（HKD）計算。
2.2. 客戶必須在預定送貨或自取時間的 24 小時前付清全款，訂單方為正式確認。在收到全額付款前，訂單將不被視為已確認。
2.3. 我們接受以下付款方式：
於網站使用信用卡付款（Visa、Mastercard）
銀行轉帳
PayMe
轉數快（FPS）
如使用信用卡以外的方式付款，請聯絡我們的客戶服務專員以獲取付款資料。
2.4. 我們不接受貨到付款。
訂單更改、取消及退款
3.1. 更改日期：
我們為客戶提供一次免費更改用餐日期的服務，但客戶必須在原定送貨或自取時間的至少 1 個工作天或之前，於營業時間 上午 9 時至晚上 8 時 內與客戶服務聯絡。
3.2. 取消訂單政策：
於用餐日的 7 天前通知取消訂單，我們將收取訂單總額的 30% 作為手續費。
於用餐日的 3 天內通知取消訂單，已付金額將不獲退還。
除上述情況外，訂單一經確認及付款，恕不接受任何理由取消或退款。我們強烈建議客戶在付款前仔細核對訂單內容。
送貨及自取
4.1. 免費送貨：
凡消費滿港幣 $1000 或以上，即可享免費送貨服務。此服務僅限於地面交收。
4.2. 送貨範圍：
我們的送貨服務涵蓋香港、九龍及新界大部分地區。部分偏遠地區及離島，如離島、大嶼山、落馬洲等，則不設送貨服務。如有疑問，請聯絡客戶服務專員確認您的地址是否在送貨範圍內。偏遠地區可能需收取額外運費。
4.3. 送貨時間：
送貨時段為早上 9 時至晚上 9 時，以每小時為一節，例如早上 9 時至 10 時、早上 10 時至 11 時。我們與專業的第三方運輸團隊合作以確保準時送達，但送貨時間或會因無法預計的交通狀況而延誤。
4.4. 門市自取：
歡迎客戶親臨我們的工場自取。地址為：

請在下單時選擇「門市自取」及預計的取貨時間。
惡劣天氣安排
5.1. 如送貨當天，香港天文台懸掛八號或以上颱風信號，或發出黑色暴雨警告信號，我們的送貨服務將會暫停。
5.2. 在此情況下，客戶可選擇將訂單保留，並延期至原定用餐日起計 90 天內的任何一天。訂單將不設退款。我們的客戶服務團隊將主動聯絡受影響的客戶以作最新安排。
食物品質與處理
6.1. 我們的食品均為新鮮製作，並以保溫器皿妥善包裝。在正常情況下，熱盤食物的保溫時間約為：
夏天：熱盤食物的保溫時間約為 1 至 1.5 小時
冬天：熱盤食物的保溫時間約為 1 至 2 小時
6.2. 為品嚐最佳風味，我們強烈建議客戶在收到或提取食物後盡快享用。
6.3. 我們會根據到會套餐所標示的人數提供相應數量的即棄餐具。如需額外餐具，可另行購買。
6.4. 請注意，我們的食物外賣盒尺寸，如 2.5 磅裝 / 5 磅裝，是指食物盒的容量，並不等於食物的實際重量。食物的實際重量會因種類而異，例如沙律比意粉輕。
客戶責任
7.1. 客戶有責任提供準確及完整的訂單資料，包括但不限於送貨地址、聯絡人姓名、電話號碼及送貨時間。
7.2. 因客戶提供不完整或不準確的資料而導致的任何延誤、送貨失敗或損失，本公司概不負責。如您發現訂單資料有誤，請立即聯絡我們的客戶服務專員更正。
免責聲明
8.1. 對於因使用我們的服務或享用我們的產品而引致的任何間接、特殊、附帶或相應的損失，進域有限公司 概不負責。
8.2. 本公司就任何訂單所需承擔的全部責任，不會超過客戶就該訂單所支付的總金額。
管轄法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並按其解釋。
酒精產品送貨政策
特別商品
10.1. 倘若顧客訂購的商品包括任何含酒精商品，顧客須已年滿 18 歲並可合法購買此類商品。
10.2. 接收含酒精飲品或其他相關商品的人士必須年滿 18 歲。倘若送貨商品中包括含酒精飲品，而接收人士並非法定年齡 18 歲或以上成年人，賣方會撤回送貨，並在另一協定時間再行嘗試。在此等情況下，賣方及／或代表賣方可保留其絕對酌情權，向顧客收取額外的送貨費用。
條款修訂
我們保留隨時自行決定修改或更換本條款的權利。任何更改將會透過在本網站上發布新的條款及細則來通知。

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://cateraway.com/ website (the “Service”) operated by JR Business Company Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By placing an order with Cateraway, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Ordering Process
1.1. Orders can be placed through our official website, or via WhatsApp/telephone call with our customer service representatives.
1.2. To ensure sufficient preparation time and ingredient availability, we recommend placing orders at least 1–2 days in advance for weekdays, and 2–3 days in advance for weekends and public holidays.
1.3. We offer same-day ordering services, subject to availability of that day’s orders and ingredients. For all same-day orders, please contact our customer service team directly for arrangements.
1.4. During special festive periods, such as Christmas and Chinese New Year, order quotas may apply. Orders will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the quota is full.
Pricing and Payment
2.1. All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
2.2. Full payment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time for the order to be confirmed. An order is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received.
2.3. We accept the following payment methods:
Online credit card payment via our website: Visa, Mastercard
Bank transfer
PayMe
Faster Payment System, FPS
For payment methods other than online credit card, please contact our customer service for payment details.
2.4. We do not accept payment upon delivery, including cash on delivery.
Order Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
3.1. Change of Date:
We offer a one-time free-of-charge change of event date, provided that you contact our customer service at least 1 working day in advance during our business hours, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
3.2. Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date, a 30% handling fee of the total order amount will be charged.
For cancellations made within 3 days of the event date, the full payment will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Other than the situations specified above, once an order is confirmed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason. We strongly advise customers to double-check their order details before confirming payment.
Delivery and Self-Collection
4.1. Free Delivery:
We offer free delivery service for orders with a total spending of HK$1,000 or more. This service is limited to ground-floor delivery.
4.2. Delivery Coverage:
Our delivery service covers most areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. However, delivery is not available for certain remote areas and outlying islands, including outlying islands, Lantau Island and Lok Ma Chau. Please contact our customer service to confirm if your address is within our delivery range. Additional charges may apply for remote locations.
4.3. Delivery Time:
Delivery time slots are available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, scheduled in one-hour intervals, for example, 9:00–10:00 AM and 10:00–11:00 AM. While we partner with a professional third-party delivery team to ensure punctuality, unforeseen traffic conditions may cause delays.
4.4. Self-Collection:
Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our workshop. The address is:

Adverse Weather Arrangements
5.1. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal on the day of delivery, our delivery service will be suspended.
5.2. In such cases, customers may choose to hold their order and postpone it to any date within 90 days of the original event date. The order will not be refunded. Our customer service team will proactively contact affected customers to make new arrangements.
Food Quality and Handling
6.1. Our food is freshly prepared and carefully packaged in insulated containers. Under normal circumstances, the holding time for hot food is as follows:
Summer: hot food items can stay warm for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
Winter: hot food items can stay warm for approximately 1 to 2 hours.
6.2. For the best taste and quality, we strongly recommend consuming the food as soon as possible after delivery or collection.
6.3. All necessary disposable cutlery sets will be provided according to the number of persons specified in the catering set. Additional cutlery can be purchased separately.
6.4. Please note that the size of our food containers, such as 2.5 lbs / 5 lbs boxes, refers to the volume of the container and does not represent the net weight of the food inside. The actual weight will vary depending on the food items, for example, salads are lighter than pasta.
Customer’s Responsibilities
7.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information for the order, including but not limited to the delivery address, contact person, phone number, and desired delivery time.
7.2. We are not liable for any delays, delivery failures, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If you notice any errors in your order details, please contact our customer service immediately to make corrections.
Limitation of Liability
8.1. JR Business Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service or consumption of our products.
8.2. Our total liability to you for any and all claims related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Alcohol Product Delivery Policy
Special Goods
10.1. If the goods ordered by the customer include any alcoholic products, the customer must be aged 18 or above and legally entitled to purchase such goods.
10.2. Persons receiving alcoholic drinks or other alcohol-related goods must be aged 18 or above. If the delivery includes alcoholic drinks and the recipient is not an adult aged 18 or above, the seller will withdraw the delivery and attempt redelivery at another agreed time. In such circumstances, the seller and/or the seller’s representative reserves the absolute discretion to charge the customer an additional delivery fee.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this website.
